These companies were established in 2001 by a Perth Lawyer, Peter G. Johnson, OAM to provide business advice to foreigner intending to invest or acquire land, property or establish a business in Bali, Indonesia. Since established this firm has acquired a growing reputation of providing first class service and advice to its many expatriate, local and foreign clients.

Peter G. Johnson previously worked as a Konsultan Hukum in Bali for a number of years with a local legal practice and has a wealth of experience in the legality of land ownership in Bali.

Since its establishment in 2001, Austrindo Law Office has been in premise in Kuta Poleng Complex, Kuta, Bali. The growth in business sector in Bali has now taken Austrindo to its new building at Simpang Dewa Ruci, Kuta, Bali. The new modern building inaugurated on the 26^th April 2007 is located next to BIMC Hospital.
